Sehr geehrte Austellerinnen und Austeller der CACIB Salzburg , 
der ÖKV möchte Ihnen zukünftig den Einlass bei Hundeausstellungen sowie die Verwaltung der notwendigen Dokumente erleichtern. 
Aus diesem Grund führen wir einen Testlauf der elektronischen Eintrittskontrolle durch, und Sie dürfen die Vorteile der digitalen Verwaltung nutzen.

Für die bevorstehende CACIB in Salzburg können Sie unsere Plattform (myFERAGEN) nutzen, um die Dokumente für Ihre Hunde vorab einzureichen und während der Messetage bequem per QR-Code vorzuzeigen. Unsere Anwendung ist sowohl auf mobilen Geräten als auch auf Ihrem PC einfach zu bedienen.

Was müssen Sie machen?

1. Registrieren Sie sich auf unserer myFERAGEN Plattform unter myFERAGEN. Sollten Sie bereits einen Account für genetische Analysen bei uns haben, können Sie diesen einfach weiterverwenden.
2. Erstellen Sie die Profile Ihrer Hunde, die an der Messe teilnehmen werden. Wichtig: Aktivieren Sie das Feld, ob der Hund an Ausstellungen teilnimmt, damit Sie diesen auch bei den Zugangsvoraussetzungen auswählen können.
3. Nach der erfolgreichen Profilerstellung finden Sie unter „Shows“ die bevorstehende Veranstaltung in Salzburg. Klicken Sie auf „Zugangsvoraussetzungen prüfen“ und wählen Sie den entsprechenden Hund aus.
4. Anschließend werden Ihnen die erforderlichen Unterlagen angezeigt, die Sie für die Messe und die Rasse des jeweiligen Hundes erbringen müssen. Bitte laden Sie die Nachweise als PDF oder Bilddatei hoch. Unser Team wird diese überprüfen und wenn alle Voraussetzungen erfüllt sind, freigeben. Sollten Sie genetische Untersuchungen bei uns getestet haben, werden diese automatisch mit der Datenbank abgeglichen und müssen nicht zusätzlich hochgeladen werden.

Es ist entscheidend, dass alle Dokumente vor der Ausstellung eingereicht und freigegeben wurden. Sie erkennen die Bestätigung daran, dass die Dokumente grün markiert und mit „bestätigt“ gekennzeichnet sind. Hinweis: Bitte laden Sie Ihre Unterlagen wie z.B. Impfpass als einzelnes Dokument hoch, entweder als PDF- oder als Bild-Datei, und stellen Sie sicher, dass die Informationen deutlich lesbar sind. Sollte es zu Problemen oder Unklarheiten bei der Dokumenteneinreichung kommen, zögern Sie nicht, uns direkt zu kontaktieren.

Please note that this is a test phase and we would like to uncover any problems and stumbling blocks together with you.
For the upcoming CACIB in Salzburg, you can use our platform (myFERAGEN) to submit the documents for your dogs in advance and present them conveniently via QR code during the exhibition days. Our application is easy to use on mobile devices as well as on your PC.

What do you have to do?

1. register on our myFERAGEN platform at myFERAGEN. If you already have an account for genetic analyses with us, you can simply continue to use it.

2. create the profiles of your dogs that will participate in the fair. Important: Activate the field whether the dog participates in shows so that you can also select it in the entry requirements.

3. after successfully creating the profile, you will find the upcoming event in Salzburg under "Shows". Click on "Check entry requirements" and select the relevant dog.

4. you will then be shown the documents you need to provide for the show and the breed of the dog in question. Please upload the documents as a PDF or image file. 

Our team will check them and approve them if all requirements are met. If you have had genetic tests with us, these will be automatically compared with the database and do not need to be uploaded additionally.
It is essential that all documents have been submitted and approved prior to issue. You can recognize the confirmation by the fact that the documents are marked green and marked "confirmed". Note: Please upload your documents, e.g. vaccination certificate, as a single document, either as a PDF or image file, and ensure that the information is clearly legible. If there are any problems or uncertainties with the document submission, please do not hesitate to contact us directly.
